Pursuit Leader, Defense Sector

Job Summary

To enhance bid management processes in the defense and security sector, the remote Pursuit Leader will manage end-to-end bid activities, engage with clients and subcontractors, and develop win strategies while collaborating with the Arcadis Growth team.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and subcontractors to co-create opportunities and drive successful win strategies
• Plan and manage pursuit activities, including proposal development and interview preparation
• Facilitate workshops and submission reviews to improve pursuit processes and efficiencies

Required qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing pursuits within the government sector
• Strong understanding of commercial strategies related to margin and profitability
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build professional relationships
• Experience coordinating with finance and legal teams
