PWS Operations Engineer

Job Summary

PWS Operations Engineer, a full-time position responsible for leading the planning, design, implementation, and support of remote systems and services in clinical engineering, while collaborating with various teams to enhance system capabilities and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for PWS Operations members and hospital IT
• Lead the rollout of remote-monitoring solutions across multiple health systems
• Coordinate hardware provisioning and software configuration with field technicians and hospital IT

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of three years of experience in systems engineering or clinical engineering
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting is preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of medical device and healthcare standards
• Experience with networking, server administration, and cybersecurity compliance
