Python Backend Developer

Job Summary

To design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications, the full-time Python Backend Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop robust RESTful APIs, and optimize database architectures in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and deploy highly scalable, testable, and efficient Python code
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with gRPC or microservices architectures
• Architect and optimize database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure fast data retrieval and secure storage

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience using Python
• Deep proficiency in modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy)
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and continuous integration pipelines
• Proven ability to independently triage and resolve high-impact production incidents
