Python Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Python Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand an existing tool to extract data from modeling software into a Microsoft SQL database
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and assist in creating Agile user stories
• Collaborate to change the existing data extraction from binary to Apache Parquet format

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of three years experience developing Python applications, including libraries such as Flask and Pandas
• At least three years experience creating and optimizing SQL scripts
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, preferably JIRA
• Ability to gather requirements from business users and successfully implement projects
