Python Engineer - Contract

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Python Engineer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sensible, robust and extensible APIs and back-end architecture for a web based SASS product
• Spin up multi-tier environments leveraging various storage, caching, and state-driven endpoint options
• Own data modeling and controller code, session management, data storage, authentication, authorization, and integrations with remote systems

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate or better knowledge of Python with 5+ years of experience
• Intermediate or better knowledge of Flask and/or Django with 3+ years of experience
• Basic working knowledge of modern Javascript/Typescript
• Experience with SQL databases (eg MySQL, PostgreSQL) through both an ORM and native SQL
• Experience with Graph Database Architecture, such as Neo4j, and query languages such as Cypher
