Job Summary

A company is looking for a Python Engineer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sensible, robust, and extensible APIs and back-end architecture for a web-based SASS product
• Own data modeling, controller code, session management, data storage, authentication, authorization, and integrations with remote systems
• Deploy applications to cloud computing services and write and run unit tests

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Python and 3+ years with FastAPI and/or Flask
• Experience with SQL databases, microservices, containers, RPC & REST API development, and package managers
• Proficiency in Mac, PC, and Linux environments, and deploying applications to cloud computing services
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with unit tests, Docker containers, NoSQL databases, and serverless cloud environments is a plus
