Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Python/GenAI Tech Lead, this role focuses on leading the development of Python services and AI applications, driving engineering excellence, and mentoring engineers while managing client engagements from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs
• Own the technical direction of client engagements, leading discovery and architecture reviews
• Design and build LLM-based AI solutions to address client business challenges

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems, including strong Python proficiency
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI components into solutions
• Experience building RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments
• Strong understanding of architectural trade-offs and testing practices for AI systems
