Python Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, the remote Python Technical Lead will build and optimize RAG systems, design ML models, and create end-to-end MLOps pipelines while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python
• Build and optimize RAG systems using LLMs such as Gemini
• Design, train, and deploy ML models for various applications including classification and predictive analytics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Machine Learning experience in production environments
• Strong Python programming skills with expertise in PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas
• Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and BigQuery
