Job Summary
Supporting the corporate travel division, the full-time remote QA Analyst will manage the quality of end-to-end processes, oversee automation for productivity, and collaborate with operations leadership to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issue resolution
- Participate in client implementations and operational meetings to provide insights on quality control and reporting processes
- Test and provide feedback on automation and script programming across all GDS and systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of travel operations and/or travel experience
- Practical expertise in two GDS systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus/Galileo
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Competence with corporate travel industry standards and reservation products
- Ability to retain and recall information accurately
