Job Summary

Supporting the corporate travel division, the full-time remote QA Analyst will manage the quality of end-to-end processes, oversee automation for productivity, and collaborate with operations leadership to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issue resolution
  • Participate in client implementations and operational meetings to provide insights on quality control and reporting processes
  • Test and provide feedback on automation and script programming across all GDS and systems
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of travel operations and/or travel experience
  • Practical expertise in two GDS systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus/Galileo
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Competence with corporate travel industry standards and reservation products
  • Ability to retain and recall information accurately
