QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application development teams to understand requirements and provide QA feedback
• Facilitate end-user engagement in test planning and execution while acting as a liaison between users and technical teams
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional and regression testing, while ensuring adherence to QA standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on test planning and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP testing and familiarity with Salesforce and D365 applications
• Proficiency in testing tools and platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
