QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application development teams to understand business requirements and provide QA feedback during design reviews
• Facilitate end-user engagement in developing and executing test plans and provide guidance on testing strategies
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on test planning and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP testing and familiarity with Salesforce and D365 applications is preferred
• Proficiency in testing tools and platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
