QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application development teams to understand business requirements and provide QA feedback during design reviews
• Facilitate end-user engagement by assisting in test planning and execution, and act as a liaison between technical teams and end users
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring adherence to QA standards throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on test planning and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with Salesforce and D365 applications is preferred
• Proficiency in testing tools and platforms, such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
