Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality of their Ruby on Rails SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers and developers to provide feedback on usability and design
Conduct manual and automated UI/UX testing across desktop and mobile applications
Identify and document findings for efficient developer resolution and improve test coverage

Required Qualifications

Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in computer science
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a SaaS QA role
Knowledge of UI/UX testing principles
Understanding of Rails, AWS, and Kubernetes basics
Experience with Git or Mercurial, GitHub Actions/Gitlab Pipelines, and CI/CD tools
