QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of their Billing product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with the Product Manager
• Conduct in-depth testing for new features and major releases to ensure functional requirements are met
• Perform extensive regression testing to maintain the integrity of the core billing engine

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or Product Analyst roles focused on Enterprise SaaS or FinTech products
• Hands-on experience with the NetSuite ecosystem and its financial modules is highly preferred
• Experience with enterprise-level Billing, Invoicing, or Accounts Receivable software
• Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process and financial data
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
