QA Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the validation of complex marketing campaigns, the contract QA Analyst / Campaign QA Specialist will ensure campaign accuracy, data integrity, and smooth execution in a remote setting, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and end-to-end QA testing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaign configurations against business requirements
• Perform end-to-end QA testing for various campaign types, including email, SMS, and audience segmentation
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate datasets, campaign audiences, and deployment outputs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong SQL skills for validating datasets and campaign outputs
• Experience reviewing complex customer journeys against campaign requirements
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
