QA Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a remote QA Analyst who will ensure the quality and reliability of software products by developing test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during east coast working hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Review user requirements to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects
• Assess system functionality, performance, and reliability through comprehensive testing methods
• Collaborate with developers to communicate testing results and address any identified issues

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
• 3+ years of experience working with a software development team
• Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Solid understanding of business processes and user needs
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus
