QA Analyst - AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst - AI to support the Quality Assurance department for the Conversational AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional test strategies for the conversational AI platform
• Collaborate with AI developers and product owners to design comprehensive test cases
• Conduct rigorous testing of conversational AI models and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Expertise in testing conversational AI or chatbot systems
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt, with a self-starter mentality
