QA Analyst and Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst & Trainer (Work from home).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and monitor quality variance trends to ensure consistent agent performance
• Facilitate new hire and continuation training, and supervise agents during the post-classroom nesting period
• Bridge knowledge and process gaps between client expectations and operations, leveraging QA insights for training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of three years of experience in the virtual assistant field with knowledge of remote team operations
• Proven experience as a Trainer or in Training Development within a reputable virtual staffing company is preferred
• Preferred certifications include Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other recognized teaching/training-related certifications
