QA Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst III to join their Quality Assurance Department supporting the Ground Truth team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the AI-powered sales quality governance system
• Conduct independent human reviews of AI-scored call transcripts across multiple quality skills
• Document and communicate findings to improve AI model performance and contribute to ground truth dataset expansion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, auditing, or quality review, preferably in sales or customer-facing environments
• Experience evaluating sales conversations or transcripts against structured quality frameworks
• Comfort working with AI-generated outputs and critically assessing automated scores
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency in applying rubrics
