QA Analyst Remote Temp Position

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II for a remote and temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming calls and provide feedback on call performance
• Assess quality of service provided and adherence to policies and procedures
• Evaluate interactions between callers and workers to ensure standards are met

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
• May have training or education in a specialized area
• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract support
• Home office requirements include hardwired internet connection and private work area
• All equipment, including laptop and headset, will be provided by the company
