QA Analyst and Test Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise ServiceNow capabilities, the full-time QA Analyst / Test Engineer will develop and execute test strategies, maintain automated test frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and validation approaches for ServiceNow initiatives
• Create and maintain manual and automated test cases, including ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track defects through resolution

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience, including workflows and platform customizations
• Experience using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
