QA Analyst (Web/App)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst (Web/App) to ensure high-quality service through quality assurance monitoring of client web and app experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans for web and mobile applications, focusing on UI/UX and data accuracy
• Lead test scenario creation, defect management, and documentation while collaborating with development and business teams
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, and security testing, while managing defect resolution and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software QA, with a focus on both manual and automated testing
• 3+ years of experience in web/mobile application QA, specifically with Salesforce Experience Cloud and related technologies
• Proven experience as a QA analyst in healthcare or similar industries
• Hands-on experience with API integration testing
