QA and Release Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Manager, QA and Release, the successful candidate will coordinate compliant deployments of core software and client-specific builds while leading the QA team to ensure production readiness and adherence to GxP and regulatory standards in clinical research.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services for seamless deployments
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering continuous growth and clear performance benchmarks
• Maintain and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) to align operational processes with industry directives

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in Release Management within regulated environments (GxP, Life Sciences, or MedTech)
• Proven track record in a leadership role with effective team operations management
• Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, including ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA compliance
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools to support software testing protocols
