QA Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lustre Architect to lead system validation and test architecture efforts in distributed storage and high-performance computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate distributed storage systems and architect scalable test frameworks for performance and reliability
• Design comprehensive test plans covering metadata operations, parallel IO, and failure scenarios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor QA engineers in automation and performance validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software QA or systems testing, with 3+ years in a lead role
• Experience with HPC workloads and environments, including MPI and high-throughput clusters
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Rust
• Hands-on experience with storage benchmarking tools like IOR, MDTest, and FIO
