QA Automation Analyst

Job Summary

Motivated and detail-oriented, the full-time QA Automation Analyst will design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests while ensuring product quality and providing client support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright and TypeScript to enhance test coverage and release quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and collaborate with Project Managers and Development teams to resolve issues prior to client release
• Act on client support requests and assist with onboarding by setting up product distribution areas and supporting clients during deployment phases

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing of web applications and APIs, including hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Experience with API testing tools (REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI) and Git
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and verbal) for professional communication
• Practical experience using AI tools and AI coding assistants to enhance QA productivity
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
