QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Automation Engineer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate test cases for web-based applications using established frameworks and clean coding practices
• Analyze results of automated test executions to determine root causes and collaborate with the QA team on test case creation
• Contribute to the development of test automation practices and maintain the company's internal knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with test automation tools and libraries such as Selenium WebDriver
• 3+ years of experience in programming languages used for test automation or development, such as Java, Groovy, or Python
• 3+ years of experience in writing and executing manual test cases, preferably in TestRail
• Full knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile processes
• Ability to identify, isolate, and report software bugs and defects
