QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the contract hourly QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with developers and QA teams to ensure product quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
• Write and execute manual and automated test cases, documenting defects and issues found during testing

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation
• Proficiency with Cypress, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with API testing and agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development and testing best practices
• Experience working remotely with fully distributed teams
