QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web, API, and distributed systems, while collaborating with development teams to enhance test coverage and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Create and maintain regression, smoke, sanity, and functional test suites, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and perform root-cause analysis on production issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Four or more years of QA automation experience with strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience automating REST APIs and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid SQL skills for data validation and experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle
