QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks for web, API, and distributed systems, while collaborating with development teams to enhance test coverage and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Create and maintain regression, smoke, sanity, and functional test suites while integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with developers to improve testability and conduct database validation using SQL queries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Four or more years of QA automation experience with strong hands-on experience in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience automating REST APIs and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid SQL skills for data validation and a strong understanding of testing methodologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
