QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote QA Automation Engineer on a contract basis, who will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, while performing various types of testing and collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks while performing functional, regression, and API testing
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines and validate end-to-end business workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA automation testing (5+ years)
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright or similar tools
• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with API testing and RESTful services
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
