QA Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support a globally recognized networking leader on their flagship SD-WAN product, the fully remote QA Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated test suites, own weekly regression runs, and debug failures while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure robust test coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining automated test suites for the Routing SD-WAN area on the CI/CD test orchestration platform
- Owning weekly regression runs, monitoring results, triaging failures, and driving resolutions
- Collaborating with development teams to understand features and design corresponding test coverage
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python-based test automation using pytest or similar frameworks
- Solid networking knowledge focusing on routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
- Understanding of SD-WAN concepts and hands-on experience preferred
- Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and root cause isolation
- Experience with AI tools like LLM coding assistants in engineering work
