QA Automation Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on QA Automation Lead for a hybrid role in Atlanta, this full-time position will evaluate and enhance the existing Playwright-based automation framework across UI, API, and data testing while driving improvements in automation reliability and coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the automation strategy, establishing standards, quality gates, and success metrics across various testing domains
• Critically evaluate and improve the existing Playwright framework, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability in automation efforts
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, monitoring execution health and providing actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of QA Automation experience with a strong hands-on track record
• 3+ years leading automation initiatives or teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Experience in designing and maintaining UI, API, and data automation solutions
• Proficiency in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
