QA Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers in manual and automated testing
• Establish and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Oversee the expansion of automation frameworks and provide updates on progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in the health tech industry
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of QA engineers
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
