QA Automation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of automation engineers in a hybrid full-time position, the QA Automation Manager will drive quality through scalable automation solutions, oversee test automation strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of QA Automation Engineers
• Define and implement the QA automation strategy and roadmap across products
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software engineering
• Expertise with test automation tools/frameworks such as Playwright or WebdriverIO
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#
• Deep understanding of performance testing tools and API testing practices
