QA Automation Test Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the QA Automation Test Engineer II will write test cases, perform automation testing, and validate test data while collaborating with development teams in a dynamic Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test scripts, define test scenarios, and analyze bugs
- Execute test cases, document defects in Jira, and prepare smoke testing data
- Identify IVR conditions and validate test data using Postman/Soap UI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AWS Connect and Avaya systems
- Knowledge of IVR systems and call center workflows
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools such as Jira
