QA Automation Test Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the contract QA Automation Test Engineer II will work remotely, focusing on writing test cases, executing automation testing, and validating test data for the migration from Avaya to AWS Connect.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test cases and automation scripts, ensuring thorough testing of AWS Connect phone software
- Identify test scenarios and conditions for IVR requirements, and prepare smoke testing data for validation
- Document defects and testing results using Jira and Confluence, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Deep knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect systems, including IVR and call center workflows
- Experience with automation testing and test case development
- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Postman and Soap UI
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools, particularly Jira
