QA Automation Test Engineer II
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the remote contract QA Automation Test Engineer II will focus on writing test cases, executing automation testing, and validating test data for the migration from Avaya to AWS Connect.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and automation scripts while analyzing bugs
- Execute test cases and manage defect tracking using Jira, documenting results in Confluence and Quality Center
- Identify IVR conditions and prepare smoke testing data to ensure quality and accuracy in testing processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AWS Connect and Avaya systems
- Proficiency in automation testing and test case development
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools, particularly Jira
- Knowledge of IVR systems and call center workflows
