QA Automation Test Engineer II
Job Summary
To support a dynamic enterprise healthcare team, the remote contract QA Automation Test Engineer II will focus on writing test cases, executing automation testing, and validating test data while collaborating closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Write and execute test cases and automation scripts for AWS Connect phone software migration
- Identify and validate test data, including preparing smoke testing data and submitting test data requests
- Document defects using Jira and maintain records in Confluence and Quality Center
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with automation testing and writing test cases
- Knowledge of AWS Connect and Avaya systems
- Familiarity with IVR systems and call center workflows
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools such as Jira
