QA Automation Test Engineer II
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the QA Automation Test Engineer II will focus on writing test cases, executing automation testing, and validating test data while collaborating with a large QA team in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and automation scripts for AWS Connect phone software migration
- Execute test cases, identify defects using Jira, and document findings in Confluence and Quality Center
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of testing efforts and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with automation testing and writing test cases
- Knowledge of IVR systems and call center workflows, specifically Avaya and AWS Connect
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
