QA Automation Test Engineer II
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare project, the remote contract QA Automation Test Engineer II will focus on writing test cases, executing automation testing, and validating test data while collaborating closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and cases for AWS Connect phone software migration
- Execute test cases, raise defects using Jira, and document findings in Confluence and Quality Center
- Identify IVR conditions and prepare test data for smoke testing and validation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with automation testing and writing test cases
- Knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect systems
- Familiarity with IVR systems and call center workflows
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools such as Jira
