QA Automation Tester

Job Summary

To empower employees with financial wellness tools, the full-time remote QA Automation Tester will maintain and grow the automation framework, write and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and maintain the WebdriverIO automation framework using a component-based Page Object pattern
• Write and execute automated tests across web and React Native mobile applications, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Debug issues and provide actionable insights to improve product quality while promoting best practices in test automation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA automation or software development
• Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and component-based architecture
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience in Node.js-based frameworks
• Experience testing React Native applications and running automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Solid debugging skills and familiarity with API testing tools such as Mocha or Postman
