QA Automation Tester

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI program focused on automating requirements and test case preparation, the remote QA Automation Tester will design and execute system integration tests for a complex Payroll software application, ensuring compliance with USPS standards and leveraging tools like Visual Studio Code and Python.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks to validate software functionality and performance
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and document test results, ensuring adherence to testing standards
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance test automation processes and maintain test environments for consistent testing outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in manual and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including calculations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Experience with AI-driven tools for test script generation and automation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
