QA BIDM Tester

Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts in a remote contract-to-hire capacity, the QA BIDM Tester will develop and execute test plans for Business Intelligence and Data Management solutions within the Property and Casualty insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for BIDM applications and reporting platforms
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across ETL processes and BI dashboards
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution

Required qualifications

• Experience in QA testing within Property and Casualty insurance or other regulated industries
• Strong understanding of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with in-depth SQL experience
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and ETL testing
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
