Key Responsibilities:

Audit Partner phone calls, emails, and chats for quality alignment
Coordinate training programs and content creation for BPO team
Manage operations, including resolving workflow issues and maintaining SLAs

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant software support experience
Experience in quality assurance and training content creation
Experience working with BPOs
Familiarity with Confluence and Absorb
Previous experience with international teams is a bonus
