Key Responsibilities

• Champion and optimize the strategic vision for the QA discipline and testing processes
• Oversee the QA budget, resource allocation, and vendor strategies for external test partnerships
• Lead the exploration and adoption of AI and advanced testing methodologies within the QA organization

Required Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level leadership experience in game development QA
• Deep expertise in managing and mentoring senior QA staff and large testing teams
• Comprehensive understanding of live service release management and client feature testing
• Expert-level knowledge of modern QA tools and environments, particularly JIRA
• Strong sense of purpose and self-motivation with a focus on continuous improvement
