Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing of LLMs, chatbots, and AI-powered applications
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to refine AI validation techniques and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Generative AI testing methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing
• Familiarity with bias detection and ethical AI principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
