QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer responsible for ensuring high-quality releases in a proprietary trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA gate for every release and ensure nothing reaches production without sign-off
• Execute end-to-end regression testing and maintain a stable staging environment for user acceptance testing
• Build and maintain automated regression suites and integrate them into CI pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of trading markets and financial instruments, including equities and futures
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a structured approach to release quality
• Hands-on experience with automated E2E test suites using frameworks like Playwright or Cypress
• Solid understanding of the full QA lifecycle, including test planning and bug management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with Jira for bug tracking
