QA Engineer

Job Summary

QA Engineer is a full-time position responsible for ensuring high-quality software products through testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate feature acceptance criteria and contribute to process improvements for QA practices
• Act as a liaison between Engineering and Support teams to triage customer defects
• Utilize AI tools for drafting documentation and test cases while maintaining ethical considerations

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on SaaS or equivalent software products
• Experience testing third-party integrations, preferably with HR management systems
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance testing efficiency
• Able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines
• Natural curiosity and enjoyment in collaborative problem-solving
