QA Engineer

Job Summary

QA Engineer is a full-time position responsible for ensuring high-quality software products through testing, documentation, and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate feature acceptance criteria and contribute to process improvements in QA practices
• Act as a liaison between the Engineering pod and Support team by triaging customer defects
• Utilize AI tools for drafting documentation and test cases while maintaining ethical considerations

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles focused on SaaS or equivalent software products
• Experience with testing third-party integrations, preferably HR management systems
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance the testing lifecycle
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines
• Curiosity about technology and enjoyment in collaborative problem-solving
