QA Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure product quality through comprehensive testing, the remote QA Engineer will design test cases, validate functionality, document issues, and collaborate with the development team throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual functional, regression, and smoke testing for web products
• Design and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and reports
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and document bugs and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience
• Proficiency in testing methodologies such as regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Knowledge of test design techniques, including black/white box and boundary value analysis
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA's role within it
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
